Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday and rate is $7,175 per week for early July and late August/early Sept. Mid-summer is $8,575 per week.
Other months are $600 per night ($800 during special events.)

The Main Bedroom on the Upper Level has a full en suite Main Bath with full-sized jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity and has a king bed with a private balcony. Two of the Main Level Guest Bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and queen beds. The Garden Level Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with two queen beds. Upstairs is the lofted bedroom with a queen bed, and on the Main Level is another bedroom with a queen bed as well. There are six televisions in the Main Bedrooms, the Main Level Family Room and the Garden Level Family Room. House has a large great room, a large kitchen, and 2 dining areas. Lake views are visible throughout the house and on the outdoor deck, which has dining and sitting areas. Access to house requires going up a short flight of stairs.
The rental includes access to both a heated pool, located right on the property, and just a short walk away, to a wonderful 200' sandy beach on beautiful Lake George. We also offer access to dock launching and rentals, upon availability and at an additional charge. All bedding linens will be provided, and we ask that our guests provide their own towels. The six bedroom house is not pet-friendly. We do offer access to kayaks and canoes.
The rental is from Sunday to Sunday for the months of July & August. Please use our online booking system, selecting Sunday as your arrival date and the following Sunday as your check-out date.
